Martingham & Chance Hope Farm

Martingham is a beautiful golf course community in the heart of the Chesapeake Bay! It’s entrance is only one mile away from the shops and restaurants of the picturesque harbor town of St Michaels Maryland.

Martingham was originally developed in the early 1970s. It is a community of single family homes and condominiums with the Links at Perry Cabin Golf Course running through it.
